CNC machine nylon is similar to machining aluminum materials. It requires very sharp cutting tool and high polished rake surface. Compared with aluminum materials, the cutting speed should not be too high and the feed rate should be large. You can also use aluminum alloy special turning blades to cnc machine plastics. Don't move the knife too slowly, otherwise the plastic will melt.
